Very good value for money, no complaints. Not crowded and tidy place. The staff were highly courteous and the building was absolutely amazing. I loved inviting room, the bed was super. All the services were courteous here. The restaurant was good with outstanding food and service.

Sweet staff, savoury breakfast, fantastic service. You could walk to supermarket and the shops. Plus, it was next to a tram station and the rooms were immaculate and perfect. Luxurious reception.

Very fancy room, satisfactory breakfast - yoghourt, eggs, cereal and cheese included. Impressive view, a great balcony, spacious bed, too. First day I arrived the staff wanted to help and treated us with friendly service. Lots of food in the hotel, authentic restaurant. I had a perfect stay here, very good value for money.

Hotel itself was great. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Alma Portuguesa that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Moreover, there was a free Wi-Fi😃
